These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WelHost Experiences website and services. WelHost Experiences ("WelHost", "we", "us") is a tour organizing and travel concierge service operating in AlUla, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom, including the regulations of the Ministry of Tourism. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

WelHost organizes and coordinates tourism experiences in AlUla, including tours, activities, adventures, accommodation, and transportation. Some experiences are delivered by licensed third-party providers (such as hotels, tour operators, guides, and transport companies). WelHost acts as the organizer and coordinator of your itinerary.

2. Booking Requests and Confirmation

• Submitting a request through our website is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we contact you and expressly confirm availability and price.
• All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change based on season, availability, group size, and provider rates. The final price is the one confirmed to you in writing.
• Some sites and experiences require official entry tickets issued by the relevant authorities or platforms. Ticket availability is subject to the issuing authority and is outside WelHost's control.

3. Payment

Payment terms, methods, and schedules are agreed directly with WelHost at the time of confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received under the agreed terms.

4. Changes and Cancellations

• Cancellation and modification conditions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may differ per experience or provider.
• Experiences that depend on weather or operational conditions (such as hot air balloon flights or desert activities) may be rescheduled or cancelled by the provider for safety reasons. In such cases we will work with you to rebook or find an alternative.
• WelHost is not responsible for costs arising from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including weather, official closures, or changes imposed by authorities.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information in your booking request, including guest numbers and contact details.
• You must hold valid travel documents, visas, and any permits required to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• You agree to comply with the laws, customs, and public conduct standards of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with site rules at heritage and protected locations.
• You must follow the safety instructions of guides and activity providers at all times.

6. Health and Assumption of Risk

Some experiences (including, for example, buggy rides, hiking, ziplining, and hot air balloon flights) are physically active and carry inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring that you and your group are fit to participate and for disclosing any relevant health conditions before booking. Participation is at your own risk to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7. Liability

WelHost exercises reasonable care in selecting and coordinating with licensed providers. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, WelHost is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers, nor for indirect losses, missed connections, or personal belongings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the WelHost name, logo, texts, and images — is the property of WelHost Experiences or its licensors and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
